So nearly thirty thousand words in four days, I can handle that!

National write a novel month

So the challenge to write an entire novel's worth in one month was a great idea. It has really helped me be consistent. The only thing is the hard drive in the laptop I was using died and I lost a little over two days worth of writing. It really was very discouraging but I hope to finish strong in the last five days even if I do not reach fifty thousand words.

Anyone who has visited my site before this blog should be disappointed. It is a terrible blog, but I do not want it to be so. Please feel free to leave good advice.

Thoughts on Blogging

I feel that doing something like this is very important. I'm a little wary about making this an open Journal and have steered clear of complaining about work situations. I feel that if I want this to be read I need to write things that are worth reading and the more profound things that I write the more people will put up with worthless crap.

Something profound: The future has more influence on the past than any other moment in time has on any other! You can quote me on that I'm fairly certain I'm the only person to have ever said that. Think about it a bit before you disregard it.

The beginning of Blogging

Creating a Blog is something I've been meaning to do for some time now. My intentions are for it to be an interesting and entertaining outpouring of what is on my mind and snippets of writings for me as an author to share. We shall see how things go.
